For website development projects, a deposit may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For all other services, full payment is required upfront before Helioster begins work. This ensures a smooth workflow and allows our team to dedicate their full attention to your project.
3.2 No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our customized services, Helioster has a no-refund policy. Once payment is received and work commences, refunds will not be issued.
4. Delivery
Helioster will establish project timelines for each service agreed upon. We will communicate these timelines clearly and strive to deliver projects on time. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Helioster will keep you informed of any such delays.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to Helioster for use in connection with the Services. However, by using the Services, you grant Helioster a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
